Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Leshellcreation is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a printing or manufacturing defect

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom/personalized products
• Digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to improper care

Care Instructions

To keep your apparel and custom items looking their best:

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on design

Tumblers & Mugs

• Hand wash recommended
• Do not microwave
• Avoid soaking for long periods
