At LeshellsCreation, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Most products are custom or made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or high order volume, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. LeshellsCreation is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or store credit if the damage occurred during shipping.
